How it starts
You answer some plain questions about how the business runs and what’s eating your week, and see it read back: what’s hurting, what’s underneath it, and what you said you want.
Then we build the first one with you, free — a process, a checklist, a decision written down, whatever the thing is. It’s a conversation, not a form, and what comes out is yours to print and keep.
Then it doesn’t sit in a drawer
A document on its own changes nothing. So when it’s done we ask who does this now, and help you hand it over in the words you’d actually use. A little later we ask whether it held. If it needed changing, it gets changed. If you don’t answer, we ask once more, then leave it alone.
Measured against what you want
Early on we ask what you’d do with the time if the business took less of it, and turn your answer into one sentence you could check at the end of a month. Every piece of work after that is held up against it.
When you want to keep going
The first one is free. After that, it starts with a half-hour conversation about how your week actually runs and the one thing it points at.
